VietCapital Group came to FUBATECH when their internal financial reporting had become a bottleneck: every branch kept its own spreadsheet, consolidating numbers took an average of 3 business days, and leadership was routinely making decisions on data that was a week old.
The challenge
With 12 branches and over 2,000 employees, the task wasn’t just building a dashboard. It meant redesigning the entire data flow: syncing from the legacy accounting system, standardizing formats across branches, and enforcing strict access control so each management level saw only its own scope.
The solution
The FUBATECH team built a unified dashboard platform on Next.js with role-based access control, connected directly to the accounting system via a two-way sync API. PostgreSQL was chosen as the central storage layer for its precise handling of financial transactions, deployed on AWS infrastructure for high availability and automated daily backups.
Reports are pre-aggregated on a schedule instead of being queried live on every page load, cutting load time from 14 seconds to just over 3, even with data spanning 12 branches.

The results
Six months after launch, financial reporting turnaround dropped from 3 days to a few minutes. Leadership now makes decisions on near real-time data, and accounting staff adoption reached 100% across all 12 branches.
