An Phu Land needed a project showcase channel intuitive enough for buyers to grasp location, amenities, and construction progress without visiting in person, while replacing a manual lead-tracking process run over phone calls and chat.
The challenge
Real estate project information is inherently layered: location, unit-by-unit floor plans, legal progress, nearby amenities. Cramming it all into static pages made it hard for buyers to browse, and the sales team spent significant time manually logging every interested lead.
The solution
FUBATECH built an interactive map experience on Mapbox, letting buyers explore the project’s location, nearby amenities, and individual unit floor plans directly on the map. The interface was built in Vue with smooth transitions, optimized specifically for mobile since most real estate buyers research from their phones.
The viewing appointment form connects directly to a lead management system built on Node.js, automatically routing each lead to the right area sales rep and sending email reminders, eliminating manual data entry entirely.
The results
Online viewing bookings grew 96% compared to the traditional phone channel, average lead response time dropped from 5 days to 48 hours, and the system now serves 3 different An Phu Land real estate projects simultaneously.
