Truong Thanh Corp operated 6 factories, each running its own planning process, leaving material coordination between plants entirely dependent on email and phone calls between floor managers.
The challenge
Without a shared source of inventory and production progress data, leadership couldn’t see the full supply chain picture. Surplus materials at one factory while another ran short was a recurring situation.
The solution
FUBATECH built an operations management system on Angular and .NET, deployed on Azure to take advantage of scaling with seasonal production demand. The system unifies inventory, orders, and production progress across all 6 factories into a single, real-time source of truth.
An automated coordination algorithm suggests material transfers between factories based on current stock and upcoming production plans, instead of floor managers piecing information together over the phone. Full operational history is retained to support analysis and material demand forecasting for upcoming quarters.
The results
Weekly production planning time dropped 45%, excess inventory fell 23% thanks to proactive material coordination between factories, and all 6 factories now run on one unified data system.
